WHAT HAPPENED
About 8 years ago our friend Scott started getting calls from random numbers in his hometown of Macon, GA. Turns out if you Google Santa’s phone number, you find one that has the same first 7 digits as his. So when kids from middle Georgia try to call Santa, it dials out as a local number. Over the years he’s received hundreds of calls and voicemails from kids and adults looking for Mr. Claus.
They call year round. So he gave up on being Scott and changed his voicemail greeting to a full-time Santa.
After years of listening to kids’ wishes, it’s time to give something back. Help us fill his sleigh. Listen to the voicemails. Donate. And together with the Merrie Christmas Project, we’ll bring some holiday cheer to the boys and girls of Macon.
